Installation

The RUDRA toolchain ships as downloadable release assets. The current 1.1.0 release is the self-hosted toolchain and targets Linux x86-64 only. The earlier 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 releases were a different, Rust-based toolchain and are not current.

cd rudra-1.1.0-selfhost-linux-x86_64 && ./install.sh

About the binaries

ruxc is a self-hosted compiler written in RUDRA. It is a static ELF with zero runtime dependencies, and it emits static ELF executables directly. The 1.1.0 release does not include rudrac, ruxpkg or rudra-lsp. See Transparency for details.
